- Graduate of any 4 year course;
- 6 months experience of any front-line service function is a must;
- Good communication skills-oral and written;
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig.
- Received and transfer incoming calls from the SLF Centre trunkline to the right department/person;
- Handle simple inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts;
- Regularly updates the Sun Life head office trunk line directory with 100% accuracy;
- Prepares required minor reports;
- Attends monthly meetings, and huddles with the assigned Team Leader as required;
- Escalates as appropriate client's complaints if any, to her Operational Team Lead/Functional Team Lead/Account Manager;
- Provides excellent "front-line" service over the telephone at all times.
