Job Description:
Gather & verify on-going & upcoming construction projects across Australia or New Zealand
Find and qualify information on these projects via phone, email, internet & newspaper research. This will involve directly communicating with industry professionals (Developers, Architects & Builders)
Build and maintain an assigned portfolio of construction projects as they move through development stages of construction.
We are looking for candidates who are quick and eager learners, who want to work in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid of meeting targets under a deadline. We want people with excellent communication skills who will make calls and send e-mails to research partners based in Australia & New Zealand.
High-level English proficiency (written & verbal)
Must be comfortable making outbound calls
Hard-working and has the ability to multi-task
Experience in customer service or research is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Makati City
