Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedules work to ensure specific phone coverage; looks after the priority of phone calls and shifts escalated phone calls to ensure settlement of problems.
  • Prepares industry-standard reports to monitor workload, response time, and input value.
  • Resolves telephone calls and provides specifics/ support to users.
  • Monitors mail, fax, and netmail to render user assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
