Please note that additional approvals may be required if you are interested in a position outside of your current work location.The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst 1 executes test plans and procedures for data access and transport applications and high performance ETL (Extract Transform and Load) processes to ensure software meets established quality standards. Responsible for performing basic and complex system testing. Components to be integrated include internally built products, third party APIs (Application Program Interfaces), and external customer and partner systems. The Quality Assurance Analyst 1 works independently under close supervision and clearly defined guidelines in a fast-paced, Agile development environment, and interfaces with every technical role at Concentrix.
You Will:
Perform functional, regression, integration, destructive, and load tests
Analyze and document defects
Provide risk analysis and triage for defects
Verify deployment plans which minimize service impacts and execution time
You Have:
2-4 years of related software testing experience to reflect skills and talents necessary for this role
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
Ability to execute test cases with high levels of accuracy
Ability to communicate with brevity and clarity, both orally and through written communication, to management and co-workers
Passionate and motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Good logic and troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, work efficiently involving multiple cross functional groups
Ability to negotiate and prioritize competing incoming requests while considering timelines and limited resources
Proficiency with SQL
Experience with data warehousing and back-end services

Virtual First
ServiceSource is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you have the ability to work from your home, we do require that you are in a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. In addition, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of these work equipment are prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
