Job description

Responsible for all Front End operational functions which includes safety, security, housekeeping, customer services, and monetary handling.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives cash till from treasury and distributes them to assigned personnel
  • Ensures that supplies for Front End and Membership operations are readily available for operational use
  • Attends to the member-customers' needs and requests
  • Prepares the Front End and Membership section before store opening
  • Receives and verifies the control fund from the vault for Front End use
  • Balances and remits to treasury for closing
  • Receives payment and verifies amount due as shown on the POS/terminal against payment offered, gives change if necessary
  • Extends/Performs standard greeting procedure before and after every transaction
  • Conducts testing of appliance items bought by member-customers
  • Ensures that the assigned areas are clean. Checks stands, Front End office, and locker rooms
  • Fills out the UPC problem log and submit it to the Inventory Auditor
  • Accurately monitors the marked down items/volume shopper for inventory purposes
  • Transacts all in-house shopping for internal auditing
  • Monitors all Front End personnel's' performance and evaluates them accordingly
  • Observes proper grooming
  • Practices courteousness towards member-customers, visitors, and employees
  • Practices proper decorum as per Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Observes punctuality at all times
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required languages: English, Filipino.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Required skills: cashiering, POS, customer service, analytical skills, computer literacy.

  • 8 hour shift

  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
