About the Role
The role of the Digital Marketer is to support the Marketing experts in the development and execution of end-to-end digital marketing and content strategies for a portfolio of Partners. They must also support and drive business growth strategy initiatives and increase brand awareness. This role provides essential support in building our partner's online presence with clear and consistent delivery, messaging, and reporting across digital channels in line with UrbanX best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute strategic and creative end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Setup Google and META accounts and required tracking
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Execute META paid campaigns using the content and creative assets provided
- Monitor and advice on ad performance, making recommendations to optimize results
- Support the Marketing Manager with any resources required for monthly and quarterly strategy meetings and weekly wrap ups
- Monitor SEO and suggest content optimization
- Proactive in identifying areas of opportunity and improvement
- Responsible for actioning any digital marketing requests
- Support within anything else required to help the Marketing Manager
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators set out by UrbanX
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital campaigns (META, Google)
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms including native reports, Swydo, Google Data Studio, or similar
- Experience with project management systems (Trello or similar)
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite/Canva (desired, not essential)
