  • Client Archiving and maintenance in XPM.
  • Filing (based on scanned docs/workpapers from the accounting team).
  • Our firm’s creditors entry.
  • Some support with our companies office annual return/registered office internal checklist (reviewing checklist of client digital file).
  • Client onboarding and/or engagement letters.
  • Reporting to Practice Manager.
  • Supporting wider Admin team of 4-5 people.
  • Ad hoc admin support with various tasks.

Essential Skills / Attributes:

  • MS Office experience
  • Xero Practice manager experience helpful not essential
  • Xero experience helpful not essential
  • Company Annual return experience helpful not essential
