Responsibilities:
- Client Archiving and maintenance in XPM.
- Filing (based on scanned docs/workpapers from the accounting team).
- Our firm’s creditors entry.
- Some support with our companies office annual return/registered office internal checklist (reviewing checklist of client digital file).
- Client onboarding and/or engagement letters.
- Reporting to Practice Manager.
- Supporting wider Admin team of 4-5 people.
- Ad hoc admin support with various tasks.
Essential Skills / Attributes:
- MS Office experience
- Xero Practice manager experience helpful not essential
- Xero experience helpful not essential
- Company Annual return experience helpful not essential
